This week we explore a new story called Flutterby Butterfly, the story of a newly hatched butterfly who just can’t figure out how to eat! Does he chomp, does he slurp, or does he use his mouth like a straw and suck up his food?
First the kids gathered flowers for the butterfly…
Then we made some juice that we could drink through straws, just like the butterfly.
Of course, when a butterfly drinks certain colors, it can affect the colors of his wings right?
It was a fun activities, and the kids really enjoyed it!
